Charlie Landsborough, award-winning UK artist, heads out with his band on his only UK tour this year playing songs from across his 28 album career.
Many artists talk of giving something back, and some actually do. Charlie Landsborough belongs in that camp. Known for his generosity of time and deed Charlie has just received a significant invitation.
Once a teacher himself, he is to become Musical Patron of Liverpool�s St Vincent's school for the visually impaired. The school aims to tailor the pupils� needs to fit into a modern high tech society.
Charlie joins other Patrons including Baroness Cox, ex-world snooker champion John Parrott and Tim Reddish of the British Paralympic Association.
Charlie�s song, What Colour Is The Wind, written about a blind child, is also to be adopted as the school's anthem.
Having spent most of the last year writing material for his next studio album (his 29th), Charlie takes to the road this Autumn to play a handful of selected dates for his fans.
Renowned for his great live shows and quality musicianship, this will be his only UK tour this year.
